T. Rama Rao's action movie Muqabala's lead characters are Govinda and karishma Kapoor. Suraj and Deepak lives simple life in a village along with their widowed father. Both re-located to the city and got job in the Police Force. Suraj is a Havaldar whereas Deepak is a Traffic Constable. Suraj does his job honestly and cleverly and is often praised by Inspector Waghmare. Slowly differences arise between Suraj and Deepak. Suraj has arrested Narendra Khanna, for killing a man. Things come to a boil when Soni's husband is murdered in broad daylight, and both Shaitaan Chowki and Kala Chowki refused to investigate nor even register the case. So she decided to handle the matters. How she struggles to do it? Will Suraj and Deepak be together like earlier or their difference will add more action and crime to the movie.
